About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and retail ERP systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing and owning the BC architecture to support global retail operations, ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Own and design the overall Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture. Understand retail and finance business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Design scalable and standardized BC solutions to support global retail operations. Ensure integration and alignment between retail, finance, and other business systems. Provide technical and functional guidance on BC implementation, configuration, and customization. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define solution requirements. Ensure best practices, system performance, and long-term scalability of the ERP architecture. Required Skills 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Strong knowledge of retail business processes and finance operations. Experience designing and managing ERP architecture for enterprise or global operations. Good understanding of Business Central configuration, customization, and integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with global retail ERP implementations or rollouts. Knowledge of finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting. Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
